We’re astounded by the press that the CHIPSHOP has received locally, nationally and even internationally and we’re proud (and relieved) to say that most of it has been good!  We were even honored to cook at the James Beard House!
Much of the attention has focused on our award winning fish & chips and our pub favorites but as might be expected, the press has gone wild over  the deep fried Twinkie and our willingness to throw almost anything in our fryers (with our standard caveat that it can’t ruin our oil, kill our chefs or irritate the health department).    This madness is actually a small part of our business but oh, what fun we’ve had!
